ウガンダがWorld Digital Library（WDL）プロジェクトに参画した。
中心となったのはウガンダ国立図書館（NLU）。米Carnegie Corporation of New Yorkからの支援を受けてDigital Scan Centreを設置した。
もうすぐWDLからウガンダの資料にアクセスできるようになる。
