トムソンロイターはこのたび、ロシアの科学電子図書館eLIBRARY.RUと連携し、Web of ScienceにRussian Science Citation Index (RSCI)を加えると発表した。
RSCIは2016年までにロシアの科学ジャーナル600誌を収録する。
