NARCISは、オランダの大学、オランダ科学アカデミー（Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences、KNAW）、オランダ科学研究機構（Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research、NWO）、およびRIVW(National Institute for Public Health and the Environment)、オランダ応用科学研究機構（the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research、TNO）、NIVEL（Netherlands institute for health services research）、 WODC (Research and Documentation Centre)や応用科学の大学等その他の研究機関のリポジトリが収録する情報へのアクセスを提供する。
