アイルランドのダブリンに本拠地を置くDublin City University（DCU）は、7月23日、アイルランド初のOA（オープンアクセス）大学出版局DCU Pressの設立を発表した。
DCU Pressは、DCUのリサーチ＆イノベーション副学長事務局（Office of the Vice President of Research & Innovation）とDCU 大学図書館（Libraries）が主導し、あらゆる分野の研究書(印刷版、eBook版)を出版するという。
