cOAlition Sは、5月31日、Plan Sガイダンスの改定版を公開した。
Plan Sは、2018年9月に発足したOA（オープンアクセス）の促進を目的としたイニシアチブ。同年11月にPlan Sの原則に準拠するための要件などまとめたガイダンスを発表したが、今回発表されたのはその改定版。
600以上寄せられた意見を考慮した改定版では、2020年までに研究成果物を即時OA化するという当初目標を2021年まで、'transformative agreement（移行契約）'期間を2024年までそれぞれ延長している。その他の変更点として、移行契約の選択肢が広げられたこと、Plan Sに準拠するための多様なルートが明確化されたこと、技術要件などが変更されたことなどが記されている。
