RSC（Royal Society of Chemistry、英国化学会）は、9月7日、欧州の3コンソーシアムとRead & Publish契約を締結したと発表した。
同契約を締結した機関は、アイルランドのIReL、スロベニアのCTK（Central Technical Library at the University of Ljubljana）、フランスのCouperin。
契約は、IReLが3年、CTKが1年、Couperinが3年となっている。
