これは、「化学カリキュラムでOAの原文献を活用すれば、学生の研究関連技能を養い、好奇心を促し、次世代の科学者を育成することが出来る。教科書だけでは実際の研究活動を知るには不十分」として、教育でのOA一次文献の活用を勧めるもの。
