EBSCO Information Servicesは1月24日、コミュニケーション学分野で最も広範囲な全文データベース
"Communication Source"の提供開始を発表した。本データベースはEBSCOデータベースとかつてSAGE社より刊行されたCommunication and Mass Media Complete、Communication Abstractsとを統合したもので、かつては入手できなかった多数のコンテンツを含む。
定期刊行誌600誌（刊行中）以上のフルテキスト、索引、抄録などの提供と共に4,500以上の優先語と8,500以上の非優先語が登録された特定分野のシソーラスが利用可能。
