IP社(Information Power)は、9月12日、Wellcome、UKRI（UK Research and Innovation）、ALPSP（Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers、学協会出版者協会）が主導する"Society Publishers Accelerating Open access and Plan S (SPA-OPS)"プロジェクトの最終レポートを公開した。
本レポートは、学協会がPlan Sの要件を満たしうるモデルの特定およびその評価結果をまとめたもので、以上の結果に基づいた、学協会、出版社およびその他のステークホルダーらへの推奨事項も示している。
